All sales are considered final once a digital product has been delivered. We generally do not offer refunds, but we do have a specific exception under our 32-Hour Guarantee to ensure your satisfaction.
32-Hour Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our products. If you encounter a critical, unresolvable issue with a product, you must report it within 24 hours of your purchase.
- What is a critical issue? This refers to a fundamental problem that prevents the product from functioning as described on our website.
- Our process: After you report the issue, our team will work with you to try and resolve it.
- Refund/Replacement: If we are unable to fix the issue within the 32-hour guarantee period, we may offer a full refund or a replacement product, at our sole discretion.
When Refunds are NOT issued
- User error or misuse: We cannot offer refunds for issues caused by user-side mistakes, a failure to read product instructions, or improper use.
- "Change of mind": Refunds are not provided if you simply change your mind after the purchase.
- Compatibility: It is your responsibility to ensure the product is compatible with your software or hardware before purchasing.
